Got more applicants than you can shake a stick at?

So, you’re a growing company, and you have just put out the word that you’re hiring, requesting potential recruits to send in their application. That’s when the proverbial stink-bomb hits the proverbial stink-bomb-spreader. If the response is overwhelming, then you most definitely will be letting some of the most valuable applicants slip through the cracks in your HR department. Unless you have a proven and effective
applicant tracking system in place, receiving applications from your corporate website, various job boards (online and offline), recruitment vendors, and in-house hiring managers - will be an organizational nightmare.
