So, you’re a growing company, and you have just put out the word that you’re hiring, requesting potential recruits to send in their application. applicant tracking system in place, receiving applications from your corporate website, various job boards (online and offline), recruitment vendors, and in-house hiring managers - will be an organizational nightmare.
